How to Get Paid to Learn with Outstanda

Welcome to Outstanda! You’ve taken a huge step toward becoming a serious student who gets rewarded for learning. This guide will walk you through what to expect and how to make the most of your Outstanda experience. Let’s get started!

1. Congratulations on Choosing Outstanda!

• By joining Outstanda, you’re committing to a journey where learning and hard work truly pay off.
• Each Learning Gig™ you complete brings you closer to your goals, with rewards to motivate you every step of the way.
• Remember, every activity and assessment is a chance to grow—and earn!

2. If Your School Offers Outstanda

• Here’s what you can expect: Your teachers will assign Learning Gigs that include projects and mastery assessments.
• You will get an email invitation. When you accept the Learning Gig, you have one year to complete it and earn 100% of that it cost. 
• Successfully completing lesson in a gig earns you Learning Gig Rewards—Outstanda’s way of paying you for your efforts. 
• You’re in control of your progress. If you don’t pass an assessment on the first try, don’t worry! You can retake it once per day until you reach mastery. This gives you time to practice and improve each day.

3. If Your School Doesn’t Offer Outstanda

• Interested in earning rewards through Outstanda at your school? You can request it!
• Talk to a school administrator. Let them know you’re interested in a program where students get rewarded for learning.
• With Outstanda, you and your classmates can work hard, learn, and earn together!

4. One Lifetime Account

• Every student has one Outstanda account for life – no duplicate accounts allowed.
• Your achievements, rewards, and progress are all tied to this account. As you grow, your account grows with you, capturing every gig and assessment you complete.

5. Integrity Matters

• Outstanda is built to support honest learning, and there’s no need to cheat. The program is here to reward you as you work through projects and assessments.
• If cheating or dishonest behavior is detected, your rewards and account access could be affected. Stay focused, do your best, and let your own hard work drive your success!
